INTRODUCTION OF TINGJIANG’S ACID SOFTENING ENZYME TJ-A489 WHICH CAN HELP BLUE SPLIT WET BACK AND SOLVE PROBLEMS OF BLOOD GLUTEN AND MEAT MEMBRANE

As is known to all, the wet back of blue split is much more difficult than top grain leather, especially for the imported cow blue split, because of the long distance transportation and storage time is too long, most of these split air drying excessively and lose almost all of the water, and there is blood gluten and meat membrane on the bottom of some of the blue split, the procedure of wet back will be more difficult, and it is hard to meet the normal requirements of softness.   

While I did technical service in a customer factory last year, I encountered such kind of blue skin.  The raw material leather which imported by this factory was Brazilian leather. The fibers in the main body are tight, but the fibers at the side abdomen are loose, and there are many blood tendons and thick oil film on the underside.  For this kind of leather, if the procedure of wet back is not fully, it will affect the subsequent infiltration and absorption of chemical materials, resulting in stiff and rigid skin body, which will cause the quality accidents such as the hip part will be broken while leather buffing and there are blood veins on the finished leather.  

The acid softening enzyme TJ-A489 which produced by Tingjiang Company can help the blue   split to wet back quickly, and effectively solve the problem of the split’s blood gluten and meat membrane affecting the absorption of chemical material.  

Acid softening enzyme TJ-A489 is a fungal protease. It has the following characteristics :(1) it can mildly disperse collagen fibers and does not cause the loose on the abdominal area;  (2) can increase the softness of the leather and help leather absorb the chemical agents in the following process;  (3) Can effectively remove the wrinkles and dead fold marks on the leather, increase the yield of leather.  The acid softening enzyme TJ-A489 can be used for the leaching and softening of naked leather, softening of sour leather and wet back of blue split.  

The blue split which was treated by acid softening enzyme TJ-A489 can be fully and evenly wet back in a relatively short time, and the uniformity of blue split after wet back is good,   soft, smooth and not rough, and the blood tendons on the underside of leather become less clear.  The finished leather is plump and solid, and the villi is meticulous and even. If it is used for waterproof leather, the waterproof effect can meet the requirements completely.
