Performance and application of whale oil TJ-F114

The main component of whale oil TJ-F114 is sulfated synthetic whale brain oil, the appearance of dark brown liquid, anionic, effective content (%): 70 ± 2.0, pH (1:9): 6.0-7.5. It can increase the fullness and softness of the skin after fatliquoring, giving the leather a full and moisturizing, delicate and foamy feel. The emulsion of the product has good stability, strong binding ability with leather fiber and no odor. It is suitable for the main fatliquoring of all kinds of chrome tanned leather, and can also be used for fatliquoring of vegetable tanned leather.

 

1. The amount of leather used in the upper is 2.0-4.0% (shaved leather weight). Its special ingredients can effectively improve the fullness and moisturization of the grain surface, prevent the generation of cracked surface, and give the grain a sufficient bottom light.

 

2. The amount of soft leather used in garment leather is 4.0-8.0% (shaved leather weight). It can effectively improve the fullness and softness of the leather, giving the leather a long-lasting foam and delicate touch.
