Sichuan Shifang Tingjiang has been dignified with several Glory Titles by Sichuan Government

2009 is the year of the national Quality and Safety . By the requirement that developing Sichuan by quality from State Quality Inspection Administration and Sichuan local government, Sichuan Quality and Technology Supervision Bureau rewards a group of enterprises that advance on quality and benefit; there are 329 companies have been rewarded as ‘Sichuan Quality Management Advanced Company 2009’, Tingjiang is one of them, and there are only 10 companies got such honor in Deyang City where our company located.

Tingjiang Plant got ISO9001 Quality Control System Certification in 1998, and got ISO14001 Environment Management System Certification and ISO10012 Measurement Management System Certification in 2002. Every year, we make internal inspection, management inspection, annual supervision inspection and get direct approval; also, we have got highly praise from the inspectors of CCCIA. In 2009, the company upheld actively massive quality management activity( shortly named QC group), including reasonable advice collection; 3 kinds of QC group activity were organized, and got dozens of reasonable advice, which play important role on stable production, cost reducing and exhaustion, even production capacity increasing.

In 2009, Shifang plant addressed much importance on safety production, provided safety education for the workers, organized several accident manoeuvre, and have certain people make security checking, and ask for written corrective and remedial measurement; meanwhile, we had active communication and report to direct superviser, got Safety Production License; declared pollution source and industry safety & sanitation. We carried out the safety production regulation issued by the country, abiding by the policy ‘Saftey First, Precaution Crucial’. By the efforts of the staff, there was no serious production accident, no fire hazard, environment pollution happened; and got ‘Advanced Unit’ on Safety production 2009. we have been awared in succession, also is the 11^th honor since the establishment.

Our Shifang plant is a key energy consumer in Shifang City, in these years, he has been used advanced apparatus monitoring production process instrictly, energy consumption decreased every year. Comparing with 2008, power consumption is decreasing 11.8% in 2009, water consumption decreased 22.7%, coal consumption decreased 21.3%. Due to outstanding achievement on energy consumption, Shifang plant was awared as the 6^th Standing Council Unit of Sichuan Chemical Industry Automotic Engineering Institute.
